Return / Refund Policy
If a product arrived damaged or not as items ordered, please contact us at email@example.com. You may need to submit video or photos as proof and sometimes file sizes may be large. You can also message us via Facebook and Instagram to share with us the proof.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your product arrival (against parcel tracking), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return number. Return without prior emails will not be accepted.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return Shipping Fee
You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee unless the reason of return is that the product arrives defective or damaged.
